Anil Dhakar is the founder of FinIndia47, an initiative focused on financial education, entrepreneurial thinking, and ownership mindset.
His vision is to help build millions of financially aware families and inspire the creation of millions of businesses in India.
He believes the biggest challenge in India is not the lack of money but the lack of mindset. The system teaches people how to earn, but rarely teaches them how to own.
According to him, business is the process of identifying problems in society and solving them through systems that create value.
He believes successful value creation requires three mindsets:
Entrepreneur Mindset – opportunity and idea creator
Business Mindset – system designer
Investor Mindset – system builder and growth thinker
